Find his safe. Safe location is behind the house.
Speak to Groken to get your reward (5940 XP).
Manir's Uncle quest is about finding the safe behind the house near the waterfall. Be advised that there are agros around there so be carefull, or bring a friend.

This quests can be done solo. But you've to watch out for the elite dudes walking around, so take your time and don't rush in.
