Yiu basicly have to do all the quests in dragonblight they all chain and lead you to this. the only ones you dont have to do is the couple wanted group quests and dungeoun quests i think

That undead up there at the catapults was actually apothecary Putridus, who joined Balnazzar as he led a group of renegade Forsaken to secretly develope a new plague to destroy both Scourge and all Living. This was happening without Sylvanas's notice.

The only problem is; Why put the Undead on the horde side? If you know the info on the game, the Undead was the enemy to the Orcs, Night Elves and the Humans.
